Risberg Mattias: Still (CD)

In this solo album, recorded in early 2021, the listener is invited on a journey towards the silent world. When the pandemic swept in and human activity ceased, many experienced a sense of anxiety and turbulence but also stillness and peace. Life went on and the intimate world became more and more noticeable and obvious. The sense of time changed. Still is a continuum and at the same time a frozen moment. Risberg explores that world of humble presence, time and sensitivity in his new piece for prepared low dynamic piano.
